KCK Policies

Currently, Kayla is taking a break from order fulfillment and Penny and her family are fulfilling orders coming in to Kayla's Cloth Kits that need to be shipped. If you order any sewing notions or kits, Penny will be collecting your payment and providing your customer service. Please contact Penny with questions about materials and kits.

If you order an Omega prodcut, or patterns or request licensing, Kayla will be collecting your payment and providing your customer service. Please contact Kayla with concerns about the website or un-resolved issues with order fulfillment.

Our Order Fulfillment department accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and E-checks through a Paypal service. Orders will not be processed or shipped prior to receiving payment. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (M-F) of payment. If your shipment will be delayed you will receive an email from orders@kaylasclothkits.com to notify you of the delay and to make arrangements.

All shipping charges are added at checkout. Shipping is calculated as exactly as possible. If you believe that your shipping charge is unnecessarily high, contact the KCK Order Fulfillment Department and request an adjusted invoice or a refund for the overpayment that you made.

The Kayla's Cloth Kits Order Fulfillment Department ships packages up to 13 oz. in weight using first class shipping from the U.S. Postal service. Packages weighing more than 13 oz. will be sent using the U.S. Postal Service's Priority mail.

Delivery confirmation is included on all orders. You will receive an email from Paypal / USPS with your delivery confirmation number that so that you can track the shipping progress of your package online.

Shipping insurance will be included on all orders over $40. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for a package valued at less than $40, please copy and paste your shopping cart contents into an email to orders@kaylasclothkits.com and request an adjusted invoice.

International packages (outside of the U.S.A) will be sent using the U.S. Postal Service International First Class mailing system. Most of the time the shipping calculated at checkout is adequate to send packages from our Order Fulfillment Department to Canada and Mexico. If you would like your package shipped overseas, you may receive an email from orders@kaylasclothkits.com requesting an additional payment for shipping. Please note that insurance and delivery confirmation are not available for international customers.

Please note that all Omega prodcuts are shipping via 7 day freight. Expect your shipment in 7-10 days.

Due to the custom nature of the products sold at Kayla's Cloth Kits, returns will not be accepted unless there is a defect in the materials that you receive. Contact the KCK Order Fulfillment Department with any concerns or questions.

The owner of Kayla's Cloth Kits and the members of the KCK Order Fulfillment Department cannot and will not accept any responsibility for damage done to person or property as a result of the use or misuse of our products or anything made from materials and patterns sold in the Kayla's Cloth Kits online store.
