Notes: Polybraid elastic or clear elastic work well for the KCK Sized cloth diaper pattern. If you plan to make a back pocket opening you will need polybraid elastic, though. Any type of hook and loop that are diaper quality (Touchtape, Aplix, or Generic Aplix) work well with this pattern. All patterns and children vary, so check your child's measurements when determining what size cloth diaper to make. Use only 100% polyester thread to prevent wicking of fluids through your diaper. Ball point needles are recommended when sewing with PUL.

The KCK One™-One Size Fits All Cloth Diaper Pattern

Outer Fabric	22” x 20” (1 mil PUL for waterproof diapers, anything else for fitted diapers)
Inner Fabric	22” x 20” (any stay dry fabric that you like-microfleece, sudecloth, velour, etc.)
3/8" wide Elastic	18.0-23.0” (13.0” for the legs) (5.0” for the back). For the back pocket opening add 5.0” extra for a back elastic opening
1.5" wide Loop Tape	16.5” (7.0” front, 3.0” inside wings, 6.5” outside wings)
1.5" wide Hook Tape	4.5” (3.0” inside wings, 1.5” outside wings)

Notes: Additional materials needed include a KCK One Label™, Ruler, Sharp Scissors, Seam Ripper, Washable marker or pencil, and pins. Polybraid elastic or clear elastic work well for the KCK One™ cloth diaper pattern. If you plan to make a back pocket opening you will need polybraid elastic, though. Any type of hook and loop that are diaper quality (Touchtape, Aplix, or Generic Aplix) work well with this pattern. KCK Cloth Mama Pads

Materials Needed for Each Pad
Outer Fabric	11x8" piece of water resistant material (fleece or PUL)
Inner Fabric	11x8" piece of soft fabric (microfleece, suedecloth, flannel, etc) *For the All in Two you will need an additional 19x7" piece of inner fabric
1" wide Hook and Loop Tape	1"x1" piece of hook 1"x1" piece of loop *For the All in Two you will need an additional 1"x3" piece of hook and a 1"x3" piece of loop
Soaker Fabric	9x3 inch soaker pad times the number of layers that you desire (microfiber, hemp, sherpa, etc.)

Notes: Any type of hook and loop that is of diaper quality (Touchtape, Aplix, or Generic Aplix) will work well with this pattern. Use only 100% polyester thread (like Gutermann) to avoid wicking. Ball point needles are recommended when sewing with PUL.
